Cross Valley Federal Credit Union lends mostly to people fixing up their homes, and in 2025 it made 51% more loans, faster growth than nearly nine in ten similar lenders.
The credit union made 160 loans, up from 106 in 2024 and 62 in 2023. Similar lenders (lenders of the same type with between half and twice its originations) grew 8%. The dollars it lent roughly doubled, to $18.6 million from $9.4 million.
