Low- and moderate-income (LMI) borrowers took 47.1% of its loans, against 27.9% at similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). That was higher than at nearly all of them, and up from 22.6% five years before. Its share in LMI tracts, 11.8%, was lower than at about three-quarters of peers, which may reflect where lower-income households live in its markets.
