A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 12.2% of its loans. At similar lenders, state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans, the figure was 2.5%. Its share was higher than at more than four in five of them. Its typical loan, $145,000, was smaller than peers' $175,000, and every loan was conventional.
