Adams Community Bank is the second-biggest home lender in Pittsfield, but its lending fell 27% in 2025 and its share of that market shrank.
It ranks 2 of 202 lenders in Pittsfield, behind Greylock Federal Credit Union, and has lent there since at least 1990. Its share fell from 16.7% to 11.4%.
