Flat volume, larger loans
Originations fell 2% to 744, while the typical similar lender (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans) grew 7% and the whole market 10%. Its typical loan rose from $105,000 to $185,000, higher than nine in ten peers, so its dollar volume rose to $185.2 million. Its loans fell to 322 in 2022 and have recovered since; its 2023 merger with Greater Community Bank may account for part of that rise.
