Frankenmuth Credit Union is the largest mortgage lender in Saginaw, MI, ranked 1 of 212 with a 9.5% share, and grew 16% in 2025, about double the pace of similar lenders.
It held 9.5% of Saginaw lending in both years, ahead of United Wholesale Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage, and has reported there since before 1990. Its share rose 0.6 points to 4.1% in Bay City, MI (sixth of 172) and 0.7 points to 2.8% in Midland, MI (eighth of 175), where Rocket Mortgage, United Wholesale Mortgage and Isabella Bank lead.
