EMM Loans is a home-purchase lender with a loan mix close to similar lenders' that grew 24% in 2025 to 6,547 loans and ranked second in non-metro Vermont.
Originations rose 24% from 5,285, against 13% for similar lenders (independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans) and 10% for the whole market, higher than about two-thirds of them. Five years earlier it made 11,142. Purchases made up 83.8% of its lending.
