Wings Financial Credit Union is a Minnesota credit union, ranked 11 of 688 lenders in Minneapolis-St. Paul, whose originations rose 14% in 2025, faster than most similar credit unions, and which began buying loans in volume.

Majority-minority areas took 7.3% against 9.4%. Its markets in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and a typical loan of $145,000 against $105,000, could explain part of the gap.
