Fewer loans every year since 2021
It made 158 loans in 2021, then 83, 46, 41 and 32. In 2025 its lending fell 22%, against a fall of 2% for the typical similar lender (state member banks making between half and twice as many loans) and a rise of 10% for the whole market, lower than about four in five of them. It filed no report for 2020, a gap rather than a lost year. Fewer refinancing applications, fewer home sales where it lends, or a choice to lend less could each play a part.
