The highest share of LMI borrowers in its group
Similar lenders are state member banks making between half and twice as many loans. LMI (low- and moderate-income) borrowers took 42.5% of First Financial Bank's loans against 25.4% for the group, and loans in LMI areas were 18.4%, higher than more than four in five similar lenders. Loans in majority-minority areas, at 8.3%, were lower than nearly nine in ten, which may follow from its Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky markets.
