A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 22.2% of Shelby Savings Bank's loans in 2025. The typical similar lender, a savings institution making between half and twice as many loans, made none. That share was higher than at nearly all of its 150 peers. It may also help explain why its typical loan, $155,000, was well below peers' $245,000, and why it made no jumbo loans (larger than the conforming limit).
