A second year of decline
The bank made 56 loans in 2025, down from 95 in 2024 and 131 in 2023. That fall of 41% compares with growth of 7% at similar lenders, state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans, and 10% in the whole market. Few similar banks shrank as fast. It filed no reports for 2020 to 2022; those are gaps in the record, not years without lending. The figures give no reason for the fall, and with so few loans a handful of deals either way moves the total.
