A home-buyer's lender
Purchases made up 95.7% of its loans, so it lends mostly to people buying homes rather than refinancing. Its 23 loans came to $1.8 million, against $5.8 million at the typical similar lender, the other independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans.
