A refinance lender
Refinances made up 91.1% of its loans and purchases only 8.9%. Its lending held still, falling 1% in a year when similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans) grew 7% and the whole market 10%. Its reliance on refinancing may be why it did not share in the market's growth.
