Small loans, many manufactured homes
Manufactured homes made up 18.0% of its loans, against 1.6% at similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans). That may help explain its loan size: its typical loan was $135,000, against $205,000 for peers, smaller than at all but about a seventh of them. It made no jumbo loans and no government-backed ones.
