The Riddell National Bank is a small-loan Indiana lender that ranks fourth in Terre Haute, a market it has served since 1990.
The bank made 5.8% of the home lending in Terre Haute in 2025, fourth of 220 lenders, behind First Financial Bank, Ruoff Mortgage Company and Rocket Mortgage. Its share slipped from 6.1%. A move of 0.3 points can come from a few larger loans going elsewhere. In Bloomington it is a minor lender.
Its typical loan was $125,000, against $205,000 at similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans), smaller than at more than nine in ten of them.
