A rural-housing lender
RHS loans made up 47.1% of its lending in 2025, up from 38.3% a year earlier; the typical similar lender (independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans) made none. Conventional loans made up another 47.1%, and other government-backed loans the rest. Purchases took 86.3% of its loans, and it made no manufactured-home loans.
