The First National Bank of Pandora ranks ninth among lenders in Lima, Ohio, and lends mostly to home buyers, but its loans fell in 2025 while similar lenders grew.
Lima, OH is its largest market, and it has lent there since 1991, when it first reported. It ranks 9 of 154 lenders, and its share of the dollars lent held at 3.6%. Superior Credit Union leads the market by a wide margin, ahead of The Union Bank Company.
Its loans fell 14% to 133, while similar lenders, national banks making between half and twice as many loans, grew 6% and the whole market 10%. Its change was lower than at nearly nine in ten of them. One possible reason is that 2024 was itself a jump, to 155 loans from 125 the year before; 2025 is closer to its level of 2022 and 2023.
