A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 19.8% of its loans, against 1.2% at similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans), higher than almost all of them. That may help explain why its typical loan, at $145,000, was smaller than about four in five peers', whose typical loan was $205,000. Every loan was conventional.
