A buyer's lender
Purchase loans made up 94.7% of what it lent in 2025; refinancing was a sideline at 5.3%. It is an independent non-bank lender, and four in five of its loans were conventional. Loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) rose to 14.8%, from 9.7% a year earlier, still a little below similar lenders, meaning non-banks making between half and twice as many loans.
