Shoreline Credit Union, a small Wisconsin lender that first reported in 2023, is mainly a refinancer, and its loans rose by almost a third in 2025.
Refinances made up 68.2% of its 148 loans, purchases 23.6% and home improvement 8.1%. Every loan was conventional. Its typical loan, $105,000, matched that of similar lenders, here credit unions making between half and twice as many loans.
Its loans rose 32%, from 112 to 148, while similar lenders grew 9% and the whole market 10%; that was faster than about three in four of its peers. Its record is short. It first reported in 2023, with 115 loans, and filed no report from 2018 to 2022.
All its lending is in Wisconsin. Its share rose from 0.1% to 0.3% in Green Bay, where it ranked 53 of 293 lenders, and to 0.2% in Sheboygan. Community First Credit Union leads in Green Bay, and Bank First in Sheboygan.
