SeaComm Federal Credit Union, of Massena, New York, grew its home lending by a fifth in 2025, a partial recovery after two years of steep decline.
Refinances made up 53.8% of its 130 loans and home purchases 38.5%. All were conventional and none was jumbo. Its typical loan was $90,000, a little below the $105,000 at similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans).
