Purchases made up 84.5% of its loans and refinances the rest. A lender whose typical loan is $525,000 may simply draw fewer such buyers, and fewer homes in those neighborhoods sell at such prices.
It first reported in 2022 and lends in 14 states, with Ohio its main one. In Columbia, South Carolina, its share rose to 0.3% and it ranked 76 of 515. It entered Monroe, Michigan, in 2025 and took 0.3% there at once.
