Priority Home Lending is a small Washington home-purchase lender whose loans are much larger than those of similar lenders, though its output has kept shrinking.
Its typical loan was $485,000, against $325,000 at similar lenders (independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans), larger than at more than four in five of them. Yet none of its loans in 2025 was jumbo (larger than the conforming limit). Purchases made up 82.5% of its lending.
It has lent around Seattle since 2016 and ranks 83 of 597 lenders there. It works in six states and 18 metros; its other big markets include Portland and Olympia, where its share is 0.1%.
