Bigger loans than its rivals
Patriot One Mortgage Bankers made 86 loans in 2025, with a typical size of $575,000. Similar lenders, meaning independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans, typically lent $285,000, and only about one in twenty lent more. So although it made slightly fewer loans than the typical peer, its $50.1 million in lending was higher than at four in five of them.
