Panorama Mortgage Group, a Las Vegas lender active in 33 states, lends mostly to home buyers, nearly half of them with loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), and buys even more loans than it makes.
It bought 2,132 loans from other lenders in 2025, more than the 2,007 it made itself. Most similar lenders, independent non-banks making between half and twice as many loans, bought none. Home purchases were 94.1% of the loans it made.
FHA loans were 46.2% of its lending, against 21.9% at similar lenders, more than at about nine in ten of them. Its typical loan, $265,000, was smaller than theirs, $315,000. Its home-purchase denial rate, 4.0%, was close to their 3.9%.
Of its loans, 41.7% went to low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, against 19.1% at similar lenders, more than at almost all of them. Majority-minority neighborhoods took 64.3%, against 24.8%. That fits a lender built on FHA loans and smaller balances.
Its loan count rose 11%, a little ahead of similar lenders at 9% and the whole market at 10%. Yet its dollar volume fell, to $512.5 million from $562.4 million, because its loans got smaller. In Las Vegas, its home market, it ranks 59 of 489 lenders and edged up from 0.3% to 0.4%. Its share also rose in Indianapolis. It remains far below the 6,608 loans it made in 2020.
