Milo Credit is a small Miami-based non-bank that spreads 48 loans across 15 states, almost all of them conventional home purchases.
Its 48 loans in 2025 reached 30 metros and 35 counties, from Nashville and San Diego to Dallas and Chicago. In every market it is a minor lender; in Miami, where it began, it ranked 386 of 937. Most of those markets were new in 2025, so a single loan can make up its whole presence in a city.
Purchases made up 75.0% of its loans and refinances 22.9%. Every loan was conventional, with no government-backed lending and no manufactured homes, which is also typical of similar lenders, non-bank or government lenders making between half and twice as many loans.
