Purchases made up 95.0% of its 302 loans in 2025. It lends only in Indiana, across 8 metros and 31 counties, and has reported since 2018. Its loans rose 6%, close to the 8% of similar lenders, non-bank or government lenders making between half and twice as many loans.
Low- and moderate-income (LMI) borrowers took 46.1% of its loans, against 24.1% at similar lenders, more than at about six in seven of them.
