Fewer loans each year
It made 47 loans in 2018, 27 in 2023, 21 in 2024 and 13 in 2025. It filed no report from 2020 to 2022; since 2020 a bank making fewer than 100 closed-end loans a year need not report, so those years are gaps in the record, not years without lending. The record gives no reason for the decline, and at this size a few loans either way move the count a lot.
