Continental Mortgage Bankers, a New York purchase lender that has reported since 1993, makes fewer loans than most similar lenders but larger ones, at a typical $530,000.
Its typical loan was $530,000, against $325,000 at similar lenders, independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans. That is larger than at nearly nine in ten of them. So its 156 loans came to $81.3 million, more than the typical peer's $62.8 million from 197 loans.

It entered Syracuse, Atlantic City and the Deltona-Daytona Beach area in 2025, but its share in each is 0.0%.
