A steep drop
Its loans fell 87% in 2025, a steeper fall than at nearly all similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans); a typical one shrank 22%, while the whole market grew 10%. The credit union first reported in 2020, with 66 loans. Volume peaked at 135 in 2022 and fell to 41 in 2023. Its figures do not say why; a lender this small could swing so far on a decision to make fewer mortgages, or on a handful of members borrowing elsewhere.
