A shrinking book
Its loans fell 27% in 2025, from 41, while similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans) fell 2% and the whole market rose 10%. The decline is a long one: 85 loans in 2021, 49 in 2022 and 46 in 2023. It filed no report for 2020, a gap in the record rather than a year without lending. The figures give no reason for the fall.
