All Credit Considered Mortgage has built a national conventional lending business in five years, but its volume stalled in 2025 as similar lenders grew.
The lender first reported in 2021, with 985 loans. By 2025 it made 1,727 across 43 states and 195 metros. Its largest markets are Washington, New York and Los Angeles; in Washington it ranked 154 of 757 lenders, behind Rocket Mortgage.
Its loans rose 2%, while similar lenders, here lenders of the same type making between half and twice as many loans, typically grew 19% and the whole market 10%. Its dollar total slipped to $645.9 million. It grew in two of its three earlier years, so one flat year says little about its direction.
Every loan it made was conventional, as at its peers, with no government backing. Home purchases were 69.5% of its lending and refinances 30.5%. Its typical loan, $305,000, was a little smaller than peers' $335,000, and its typical rate, 7.50%, was near the middle of theirs.
Of its loans, 51.6% went to majority-minority neighborhoods, against 42.3% at similar lenders, higher than about three in four. Its share in low- and moderate-income tracts, 33.9%, was near the middle of the group.
