The bank made 12 loans in 2025, up from 9 the year before. Similar lenders, here national banks making between half and twice as many loans, typically made 21. With so few loans, its shares of borrowers, neighborhoods and loan sizes are too small to read much into.
It has filed HMDA reports since 1990, when the public data begin. It was renamed from National Bank of Albany Park in Chicago in 1977 and merged with Irving Federal Bank for Savings in 1994. In 2026 it took the name Albank National Association.
