A shrinking book
Its loans fell 49% in 2025. Similar lenders, credit unions making between half and twice as many loans, fell 5%, and the whole market grew 10%. The decline is not new: it made 122 loans in 2021 and 119 in 2022, then 55 in 2023. The record gives no reason for the fall. It filed no report for 2020, a gap in the record rather than a year without lending.
