A manufactured-home lender too
Manufactured homes made up 14.6% of its 82 loans in 2025; most similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans) made none. Purchases were 47.6% of its loans and refinances 43.9%. Its typical rate, 7.31%, was higher than at about three in four peers, whose typical rate was 6.75%; manufactured-home loans usually cost more, which may explain much of that difference.
