Small loans, mostly refinances
Refinances made up 77.1% of its 70 loans in 2025; home purchases were only 18.6%. Its typical loan was $50,000, against $95,000 at similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans), which puts it among the lowest twentieth of them. One possible reason is manufactured homes, which cost less than site-built ones: they were 14.3% of its loans, while most similar lenders made none.
