Smaller loans, more refinancing
Refinancing made up 51.8% of its loans, and manufactured homes 10.9%, against 3.3% at similar lenders. Every loan was conventional. Its typical loan, $125,000, was smaller than at about four in five peers, whose typical loan was $175,000; manufactured homes and refinances may explain part of the difference.
Similar lenders: same lender type, originations between half and twice the lender's in the data year.
