A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 19.6% of its loans in 2025, against 1.0% at the typical similar lender, meaning national banks making between half and twice as many loans. Only about one in twenty peers had a higher share. Its typical loan, $130,000, was smaller than about three in four peers' and well below their $185,000; cheaper homes of this kind may account for much of that.
