A long decline
Its loans have fallen every year since 2020: from 315 to 193, 130, 72, 50 and now 42. The 16% fall in 2025 compares with no change at a typical similar lender (national banks making between half and twice as many loans) and growth of 10% in the whole market. The record does not say why its volume fell. One possibility is that it now makes few refinance loans, which can swing sharply from year to year.
