The Citizens National Bank, of Greenleaf, Kansas, makes small loans: its typical loan of $75,000 is less than half what similar lenders lend.
Its typical loan was smaller than at more than nine in ten similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans), whose typical loan was $185,000.
