A refinancing lender
Refinances made up 59.0% of its loans in 2025. Home purchases were only 18.0%, with home improvement and other purposes at 11.5% each. Every loan was conventional, none insured by the Federal Housing Administration or guaranteed by a veterans' or rural-housing program. Its typical loan, $85,000, is a little smaller than the $95,000 of similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans).
