A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 14.6% of its 103 loans in 2025, against 1.7% at the typical similar lender (national banks making between half and twice as many loans). That is a higher share than more than four in five of them. Purchases were 68.0% of its lending and refinancing 31.1%; every loan was conventional.
