Quail Creek Bank, an Oklahoma City bank lending since at least 1990, is a home-purchase lender that edged up its share of its home market in 2025.
Its share of Oklahoma City rose from 0.3% to 0.4%, ranking it 60 of 534 lenders. First United Bank and Trust Company leads that market. Its loans rose 9% to 97, in line with similar banks (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans).
Home purchases made up 67.0% of its lending, and its typical loan was $255,000, against $175,000 at similar banks. Low- and moderate-income borrowers took only 6.5% of its loans, against 27.3%, among the lowest twentieth. A purchase lender making larger loans may simply serve higher-income buyers.
