A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 14.8% of its loans in 2025, against 2.8% at similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). That is a higher share than nearly nine in ten of them. Its typical loan, $145,000, was smaller than the $175,000 at peers, and every loan was conventional.
