Partners Bank, an Arkansas purchase lender, grew its loans by more than a third in 2025 and does an unusually large share of its lending in poorer and majority-minority neighborhoods.
It made 51 loans in 2025, up 38% from 37, while similar lenders, state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans, grew by 5%. That was faster than about four in five of them. It is still below the 94 loans it made in 2022; it filed no report for 2018 to 2021.
Purchases made up 58.8% of its loans and refinancing 27.5%. Its typical loan, $175,000, was close to the $165,000 at similar lenders. Unusually for its peers, a few of its loans were government-backed, though too few to read much into.
Some 31.4% of its loans were in low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, against 18.5% at similar lenders, and 27.5% in majority-minority neighborhoods, against 6.0%. Both are higher than at more than three in four similar lenders.
Its share of lending in Hot Springs rose from 0.1% to 0.3%, where it ranked 66 of 240 lenders. In Little Rock-North Little Rock-Conway, its largest market, it ranked 109 of 423 with an unchanged 0.1%. Arvest Bank led both markets. The bank, called HNB Bank until 2019, first reported to HMDA in 2006.
