A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 31.2% of its loans, against 3.2% at the typical similar lender (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). Few peers have a higher share. That shapes the rest of its book: its typical loan was $115,000, against $175,000 at peers, smaller than more than four in five of them.
