Far below its peak
Its loans fell from 196 in 2020 to 98 in 2022 and 33 in 2024. In 2025 they rose 12% to 37, while the typical similar bank (a state non-member bank making between half and twice as many loans) did not grow at all. The peak may owe much to the burst of refinancing in 2020 and 2021; refinances are now 29.7% of its loans. Why the decline ran on into 2024 is a question the record cannot answer.
