More than half its loans, 57.5%, went to low- and moderate-income (LMI) neighborhoods, against 17.4% at similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans). Majority-minority neighborhoods took 72.3%, against 9.6%, and LMI borrowers 55.3%, against 30.9%. All three shares are higher than at more than nine in ten similar lenders.
