Its loans fell 94%, from 698 in 2024 to 42, and their value from $172.0 million to $12.2 million. Similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans) grew 2%, and the whole market 10%. The figures give no reason. The bank bought 68 loans from other lenders, more than it made; the typical peer bought none. Whether its lending moved elsewhere or its 2025 report is incomplete is an open question.
